A Child Protection Policy has been finalized by the Personnel Ministry Team and approved by the Church Council. The policy contains widely recommended practices that are currently not in place and will require volunteers that work with children to embrace this policy and make it work. To this end, orientation and training of all volunteers working with children will be planned this Fall, 2006.The policy is available below for review or contact Pat Falconer for a hard copy. CHURCH STAFF - We employ a full-time Pastor, Director of Worship & Music, Office Assistant and Preschool Director, and a part-time Christian Life Coordinator, Nursery Attendant and nearly 20 Preschool teachers and assistants.
ALTAR GUILD - Prepares the altar and sanctuary for worship.
PROPERTY - Cares for our facilities and grounds.
STEWARDSHIP - Provides materials and information concerning opportunities to respond to God's love in the form of our time, talents and treasure.
FINANCE - Accounts for our finances, reports to the congregation and prepares annual mission spending plans.
